Randstad have worked for BD for over 10 years and currently have over 200 workers out on sites across the UK. We have a dedicated onsite team to manage BD's temporary recruitment across all role types. This on-site model provides a visible and high-touch service for both temporary workers and hiring managers in order to capture detailed feedback on our recruitment service and worker satisfaction.

We source temporary workers across the whole of BD, giving you, the hiring manager, time back in your diary.
This results in continuity of service and a consistent and compliant approach to hiring, whilst remaining flexible and able to leverage agencies you may have worked with in the past. This new program will enable BD and Randstad to work in partnership to control the process of sourcing blue collar (e.g., machine operator, warehouse worker) and white collar (e.g., accounting, quality specialist, back-office services, technicians) contingent workers to BD and will provide the business with improved transparency, risk reduction and control over agency usage. Cost savings add further value to the program implementation.
