Global recruiter, Randstad, is inviting engineers from Australia, Belgium, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands and the UK to take part in a unique online challenge that is geared-up to find the engineering elite.&nbsp;<br />
&nbsp;<br />
Developed in partnership with engineers of the Formula 1 Williams Racing team, the challenge is aimed at mechanical engineers who want to pit their skills against their industry colleagues. &nbsp;Winning engineers will be able to lap up some incredible prizes, from Formula One race tickets to a VIP behind-the-scenes tour of the Williams factory in Grove, Oxfordshire.<br />

Professionals will be tasked with taking part in three &lsquo;laps&rsquo;, consisting of a series of multiple choice questions, over a three-week period. Randstad has been an official partner of Williams since 2006. The partnership has resulted in many events on and off the tracks. One of the joint initiatives is the Randstad Williams Engineering Academy, enrolling top-students in an e-learning program combined with regular mentor support from Williams and career guidance from Randstad. The Engineering Challenge is the latest initiative resulting from the partnership.<br />
