Randstad Care is proud to have been awarded a place on the NHS Wales framework for nurses, midwives post and health care assistants. NHS Wales is made up of 7 University Health boards and 1 NHS trust, covering all of Wales. Currently all these health boards only subscribe to this framework, so if you want to work in Wales then you will need to work with an agency that is an approved supplier. We have a wide variety of nursing roles available with NHS wales ranging from general nursing, critical care, community care, mental health, elderly care and theatre nurses to name a few.
This framework now complements the many private Nursing providers we already work with in Wales. If you are looking to work with the NHS in Wales and have at least 12 months recent experience in an NHS environment, this could be the framework for you.
Randstad Care has been awarded supplier status on a number of the major NHS and local authority staffing frameworks. These frameworks are in place to ensure that the NHS trusts are able to select and work with agencies that have undergone rigorous vetting procedures to ensure they deliver top quality compliant staff and support the trusts to deliver efficiencies.
By working with an agency that is a recognised supplier to the frameworks, candidates have many more opportunities presented to them and are able develop their own skills and experience within a variety of professional settings and services.
