Ideas to help you build resilience and boost the mental wellbeing of children and young people, tackling your own anxieties as well as that of your children. With schools starting to welcome pupils back, this workshop focuses on how as parents and carers, you can support children and young people reduce anxiety about returning to school and look at short and long term strategies to build resilience.

He is an experienced human resource professional with a background in both internal and external training development and delivery. An accomplished people manager, he is confident in inspiring, directing and leading both direct teams and team managers.

As part of Matt’s team Cate supports Randstad employees across several divisions, delivering training and coaching on 121 basis and also, designing and facilitating bespoke internal and external workshops. Her background is in recruitment and people management in both the UK and overseas. She is now an experienced Learning and Development professional who is passionate about helping people to enhance their skills, knowledge and productivity.
