The trainee program is designed to develop exceptional house building professionals. You will be supported to complete a L4 Higher Apprenticeship, earning a competitive salary whilst you learn.

We recognise that not everyone will follow the exact same pathway, but we pride ourselves on the structure and support we put in place for you to grow.
On the programme you will specialise, on the job, in one of four roles:- Quantity Surveyor Trainee
- Estimating Trainee
- Construction Trainee
- Design and Technical Trainee

As a trainee you will undertake a level 4 qualification in one of the following apprenticeship standards:
- Construction Design and Build Technician
- Construction Site Supervisor
- Construction Quantity Surveying Technician
By learning and earning on the job, you will be fully funded to complete a Higher Apprenticeship (HNC equivalent). You will be linked with the relevant training provider who will provide the formalised training elements, providing the off-the-job training required for your Apprenticeship. As you are in work, with our client, you will be supported to develop a broad and extensive knowledge base, working on projects you will be proud off!

entry requirements.
The qualification entry criteria can vary, however our client is looking for candidates with GCSEs (Grade 4 or higher in Maths and English) and 2 A-Levels, or equivalent level qualifications.
All applicants must also meet the qualifying standards and vetting procedures of the apprenticeship provider.
