We are delighted to share the results of our December 2024 Tuition Services satisfaction survey, which highlights the incredible impact our tutors are having on pupils and the rewarding nature of working with Randstad.
With responses from 62 tutors and feedback on tutors from parents and carers, these results showcase the tangible difference Randstad Tuition Services is making in the lives of children and young people.
transforming learning outcomes for pupils
At the heart of Randstad Tuition Services is our drive to support children and young people in achieving positive educational outcomes. The survey results demonstrate the success of this mission, with 90% of parents and carers stating that tuition has had a positive impact on their child’s learning, and all parents agreeing that progress is being made. One parent shared, “The tutor has let my child lead with the interactions and sessions, which means they built a positive relationship to engage in learning.”
Not only are pupils making progress academically, but 94% of tutors reported that tuition had boosted pupil confidence, an essential component for long-term success. One tutor remarked, “I love the one-on-one setting; it allows me to customise lessons and focus on the areas pupils need most help with. Watching their confidence grow is incredibly rewarding.”

Randstad tutors consistently go above and beyond to meet the needs of their pupils. 96% of parents said their child has a good working relationship with their tutor, while tutors themselves overwhelmingly agreed (96%) that they share a strong connection with their pupils. This mutual respect and understanding form the foundation for an effective positive learning environment.
Additionally, 95% of parents are happy with the quality of tuition provided, a reflection of the tailored academic and pastoral interventions Randstad offers. Whether working with pupils facing school avoidance, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, or those with SEND/SEMH needs, our tutors bring expertise, flexibility, and compassion to every session.

Being a tutor is not only impactful but also immensely rewarding. Randstad tutors frequently share how fulfilling their roles are, with one tutor stating, “I still love working for Randstad. It’s convenient, and I really enjoy tutoring, especially with the tools provided such as the Randstad assessment tool.”
