The 2020 'Mental Wellbeing in health and social care' report, based on a survey of over 1,300 health and social care staff about their current state of mental wellbeing, suggests that these individuals are not necessarily getting the support they need. 29% of respondents said that their mental wellbeing has worsened in the past year. With an evident decline in mental wellbeing, our report explores the root issues and potential solutions too.
Victoria Short says:
Managing Director of Randstad Public Services.
"Putting on a brave face every day while helping others deal with personal issues as well as physical injury can be difficult and take its toll.
