FAQs
-
How do we monitor the quality of support provided to individuals?
Regular evaluations take place with individuals who have received support to ensure the quality of support is as required.
We will also engage with our clients to ensure that quality levels meet expectations, and we conduct regular surveys and evaluations to get direct feedback on the service that Randstad and our Support Workers provide.
Evolving training processes help Support Workers develop their skills.
-
How long does it take to provide an individual with a Support Worker?
Once we have fully understood the individual’s circumstances, we are able to match within 24-48 hours by utilising our existing pool of more than 3,500 specialist Support Workers.
In circumstances where we need to recruit a specialist Support Worker to meet the needs of the individual, we will provide them with other options to suit their needs whilst we recruit.
-
Where do you provide support?
Randstad Student and Worker Support operate nationally and we work with over 400 organisations across various locations, UK-wide.
-
How many organisations do you support?
We currently work with over 400 organisations to support disabled students/individuals and help improve their disability agenda.
-
How much will it cost me?
We offer a tailored service to suit your requirements. As the majority of what we do differs from one organisation to another, we would speak with you on an individual basis to understand your specific needs and develop a bespoke proposal. In some circumstances external funding may be available to cover the support costs.
-
Are there any organisations I can talk to about your service?
We welcome you to speak with any of our partners. To ensure you speak to the most appropriate organisation and person, contact us and we will happily put you in touch with one of our clients. We also feature testimonials and case studies on our website.
-
Where are you based?
We have a central delivery team in Manchester but utilise the national network of Randstad branches to deliver our operations locally. As the majority of our client network is national, we employ a number of field based staff to support you on a day to day basis.
