football tournament.
In partnership with Newcastle United Foundation, we would like to invite you to attend the Randstad CPE ‘City At One’ charity football event taking place on Saturday 6th June 2020.
We plan to use the power of football to engage with the construction world and highlight the fantastic work and support the Lighthouse Construction Charity offers in the North East. Linking closely with the Newcastle United Foundation and the Premier League ‘Heads Up’ campaign we would be delighted if you would enter a 5-a-side team at our exclusive event.

As well as a fun, competitive morning of football we will provide a free buffet for all participants, a trophy will be awarded to the winning team, NUFC raffles and prizes will be given out throughout the day and participants will also be provided with information regarding free mental health support sessions across the region.
The Randstad CPE ‘City-at-One’ football tournament is another step in showing that mental health is just as important as physical health, and it only takes a second to get help and support. All funds raised will be donated to the Lighthouse Construction Charity, which funds the Construction Industry Helpline
The charity was founded in Whitley Bay (hence the reference to 'Lighthouse') and provide financial and emotional support to construction trades and their families who have suffered an injury or long term illness or simply need a helping hand.
They provide emergency financial aid in times of crisis following an illness, accident, injury or bereavement. This can be in the form of financial assistance, adaptions for the home following an accident, or worst-case scenario, pay funeral expenses. They also provide support/advice on occupational health, mental wellbeing, legal, tax and debt management matters through their 'Construction Industry Helpline'. -
