This ensures we always have full control over our available resource, with no concern of conflicting commitments. With a detailed picture of our staff numbers and competencies, we can plan our works and commit to our clients in advance, recruiting and training in line with demand.

We do not just supply contingent labour, we deliver a full solution! Management, materials, tools, plant and test equipment are all included as standard.

    Senior staff experienced in:

    • undertaking feasibility reviews
    • site surveys
    • asset condition reports
    • acting as Signalling CRE and Project Engineers.

  • Project Management

    The management team have experience throughout various GRIP stages and IDC allowing them to deliver multidiscipline projects of all scales.

    From minor fixed price works to aid in small civils jobs to delivering entire sites with Signalling costs in excess of £1m.

    With years of experience and knowledge, the management team, along with our Supervisors, Team Leaders, Installers, Safety-Critical staff and LOWS & ATWS team are able to offer complete solutions to projects of all sizes.

  • IRSE Licensing

    With in house IRSE assessors, we ensure that our staff are either licensed or working towards the correct categories with professional mentorship & support.

  • Delivery Support

    All our staff are Primary Sponsored – PPE, training, tools & small plant are provided with the ability to buy in materials if required.

    We provide 24-hour on-call Signalling Technical support and the ability for rapid response to ensure the reliability and quality of the service we offer.
