We are changing the way we pay you from a monthly basis to a weekly basis.
Payment will be made in arrears each Friday on a weekly basis for all timesheets approved before 5:30pm on the Tuesday of that week (for timesheets dated up to and including the Sunday of the week prior).
For example if the payroll was for up to week ending Sunday 3rd December 2023, the deadline would be Tuesday 5th December at 5:30pm. Then we would send BACS payment on Wednesday 6th December 2023 so that our candidates accounts and be credited on Friday 8th December.

Do I have to do anything to confirm the change in payment cycle?
No. You do not have to do anything, we will take care of the change in payment cycle for you.

What are the benefits in this change for you?
It enables you to undertake a further assignment with Randstad outside of your current assignment (subject to any restrictions in respect of your current assignment). It also helps with the cost of living challenges as it provides a steady stream of income.

Will I get a new contract and/or Assignment Schedule?
No. Save for being paid weekly as opposed to monthly the terms you are engaged upon will not change and, therefore you will not receive a new Contract and/or Assignment Schedule.

Do I need to let anyone know at work?
No. We will take care of all the formalities with clients, all that we ask is that you continue to work as normal.

Do I need to submit my timesheets weekly now?
Most timesheets are submitted weekly, if not daily, and there is no change to the current process for submitting your timesheets. If you want to maximise the benefits of weekly pay then the sooner you submit, the sooner you will be paid.

Do I need to update the students I support about the change?
There is no need to update your students, and we will continue to remind students of any timesheets that need approving to ensure you are consistently paid on time.
