Your Role:

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in EYFS, you will:

• Work closely with the class teacher to support engaging and structured learning.
• Assist in planning and leading activities that inspire curiosity and growth.
• Maintain appropriate classroom ratios to create a positive learning environment.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for all students.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to support their development.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate who:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Has relevant experience in a UK primary school setting.
• Understands classroom dynamics and best practices for early years education.
• Possesses strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Is passionate about making a difference in young learners' lives.
• Is available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
• Has prior teaching experience in the UK (UK experience is essential).
