Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays, Monday to Friday days, ⅕ call out with £105
The Role: As a Facilities Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems on a large site in Plymouth. This role will involve diagnosing faults, conducting repairs, and ensuring all HVAC equipment is running efficiently to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance on air conditioning systems.
- Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs promptly.
- Diagnosing faults and implementing solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Relevant qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- F-Gas Certification.
- Proven experience in a similar role within facilities management or building services.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
