Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission

Role Summary:
Are you a motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Randstad is looking for Account Executives to play a key role in revolutionising restaurant businesses in London.
Key Responsibilities…
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and meet target KPIs
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using strategic networking
- Deliver effective product demonstrations
- Deliver excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and sharing valuable feedback
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate…
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in POS, tech, or hospitality
- Experience in door-to-door sales
- A proven ability to surpass sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong skills in sales methodologies and experience using CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in current industry trends
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial
