Responsibilities:
- Managing the administration of a team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient work flows.
- Inputting information accurately into IT systems, including Maximo (experience is an advantage).
- Managing reports and maintaining key information up-to-date.
- Supporting team members with maintaining key information and documentation.
- Managing security aspects for site visits, ensuring adherence to strict protocols.
- Undertaking general team administration tasks.
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold current DV clearance OR have held DV clearance in the past 6 months.
- Be a Sole UK National.
- Be willing to work on-site in Buckinghamshire.
- Possess experience in administration, preferably from a Construction or Facilities Management background.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and team working skills.
- Possess a logical and detailed approach to work with a high attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
