Job Vacancy: Administrator (Band 3)
Location: BT35 - Newry
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic Health & Social Care teams across the Southern Trust! These full-time positions will be based in either Hospital or Wellbeing Treatment facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently input and extract patient & service user information

Handle calls and resolve queries
Prioritize and schedule appointments and admissions
Maintain diaries and manage incoming mail/emails
Communicate effectively with clinical, social care, mental health, and administrative management teams
Prepare statistical information and manage filing systems
Take minutes and notes as required
Manage caseloads effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in an administrative or clerical role
- GCSEs in Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Minute-taking experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience in healthcare administration (preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare administrative processes is advantageous
- Proactive attitude towards ongoing learning and development
