The work hours for this full-time position are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

The main targets of successful candidate will be:
- Maintain accurate records of students and parents, manage databases and support admissions
- Assist with forms, document checking and student attendance. Provide clerical support such as photocopying, filing, emailing and form completion
- Ensure a business-like office environment and promote good relations with all staff
- Manage databases related to admissions, medication, exclusions and lockers
- Assist with student welfare, first aid and medication administration
- Organise medication, attendance, exclusions and deal with lost property and locker key issuance
- Support administration for Parents evenings, open evenings and other key Academy events. Provide front of house support for these events
- Share best practices with the team, ensure effective handovers and protect the Academy's perceptions
Here are the requirements we need from you:
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced DBS is required on the update service or Randstad can support with a new DBS
- Experience of working in a school on a similar role is essential
- Effective communication and attention to detail skills
- 2 previous proven references
- Ability to use basic computer skills, such as email and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with private matters
