Responsibilities include:

- Safeguard vulnerable adults by providing targeted interventions to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community services to provide comprehensive support.
- Advocate for adults' rights, ensuring access to necessary resources, services, and benefits.
- Regularly review and adjust care plans to respond to evolving needs and situations.
- Uphold statutory responsibilities and follow best practices in safeguarding and care provision.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience post qualification
- Action safeguarding procedures
