Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake assessments and develop care plans to support adults and carers.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns and manage risk effectively.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
- Support individuals to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- Membership of the PVG scheme.
