£34.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: Primarily based at Princess Royal Hospital, with client visits and home visits as required.
About the Role:
Randstad are delighted to be partnering with Telford & Wrekin Council to recruit an experienced Social Worker to join their TICAT (Hospital Social Work Team) on a contract basis. This is a fast-paced role requiring a highly motivated and skilled individual with proven experience in enablement services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Enablement reviews and Care Act assessments.
- Completing Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interests assessments.
- Utilizing an asset-based approach to social work.
- Completing CHC checklists.
- Working with a person-centred approach.
- Managing a demanding workload efficiently.
- Ideally, experience with LAS (for approximately the first 3 months).
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a qualified social worker.
- Significant experience in enablement services.
- Proven ability to manage a demanding workload.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
