Permanent Position
Salary: £31,371 - £41,438
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Adult Social Worker to join a dedicated Mental Health Team in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults with mental health needs.
- Developing and implementing care plans that are person-centered and outcome-focused.
- Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other health and social care professionals.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of service users.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, BA/BSc Social Work).
- Social Work England registration.
- Proven experience working with adults with mental health needs.
- Excellent assessment, planning, and care management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to person-centered care.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience working within a Local Authority.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
