An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced social worker to work in Angus.
We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for adults and carers to join the hospital discharge team.
The contract is for a minimum of 3 months, offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity for hybrid working.
Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Hospital discharge cases
- Working with older adults - 65+
- Flexible hours considered
- Using the system - Eclipse
Requirements:
- Member of the PVG scheme
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
