An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to join the adult social work team on the stunning Orkney Islands. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a supportive and rewarding environment, with accommodation and flights covered.
Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Support adults and older people in the community and care settings
- Manage your own caseload, ensuring effective and person-centred interventions
- Conduct assessments and reviews to promote well-being and independence
- Develop and implement care plans in partnership with service users and families
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and case records
Requirements:
- Member of the PVG scheme
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
