What you'll be doing:
- Providing direct care to people in a residential setting
- Implementing individual care plans and supporting residents' emotional, social, and mental health needs
- Creating a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for residents
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
- Block shifts
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for working with adult people with minimum of 6 months experience with mental health
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
