Randstad is looking for an Adults Social Worker to work across the Highlands region, supporting adults with complex needs and ensuring their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments to determine support needs.
- Develop care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Work with mental health and disability services to coordinate interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk management when required.
- Keep detailed case notes and reports in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with SSSC registration.
- Experience in adult safeguarding and complex case management.
- Knowledge of local services and resources available in the Highlands.
- Ability to work flexibly across different settings.
