Randstad is hiring an Adults Social Worker to support service users across Renfrewshire. This role involves working with vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments and provide appropriate support.
- Develop personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide advice and guidance to service users and their families.
- Liaise with health, housing, and social care professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Participate in case reviews and contribute to multi-agency meetings.
Requirements:
- Social Work qualification and SSSC registration.
- Experience in adult services, including dementia care and physical disabilities.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
- Knowledge of social work legislation and best practices.
