Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver/driver to provide personalised support to an individual with physical disabilities in their home. This role requires a combination of personal care, transportation, and moving and handling assistance while supporting the service user in their family home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other daily living activities.
* Safely transport the client to appointments, social outings, and other destinations.
* Assist with moving and handling, using proper techniques and safety protocols.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment within the client's home.
* Communicate effectively with the client, the family, and other healthcare professionals.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Experience in providing personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities.
* Proficiency in moving and handling techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor.
