If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Children's Advance Practitioner to join the Bradford Trust - Duty & Assessment Team. This is a full-time role offering Up to £37/hr

Overview:
- Lead and support complex assessments, ensuring that decisions are made in the best interest of children, in line with safeguarding policies and best practice.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff, supporting their professional development and ensuring that the team's practice is evidence-based and child-focused.
- Work closely with senior management to implement and evaluate practice improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous development of the service.
- Act as a key decision-maker for cases within the Duty & Assessment team, with the responsibility to respond to referrals, assess risk, and make timely recommendations.
- Support the delivery of high-quality services by ensuring assessments and interventions are thorough, accurate, and effective.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and legal representatives to ensure coordinated, child-centred interventions.
- Contribute to audits, case reviews, and practice forums to maintain and improve service standards.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social worker
