We're looking for a Locum Advanced Practitioner to join a dynamic Children's MASH/Careline team in Liverpool, Merseyside. This role is based at the heart of a highly motivated and supportive team committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams and local authorities to maintain strong working relationships.
- Collect and analyse information from partner agencies to make informed decisions.
- Work within referral and assessment teams, handling cases where children are at risk of harm (under Section 47 of the Children's Act 1989).
- Screen cases involving domestic abuse and take appropriate actions.
- Conduct Section 17 assessments and provide necessary intervention to support children and families.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar social work role, preferably within Children's Services.
- A child-focused approach, with a strong ability to implement relationship-based and systemic practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the challenges faced by children in care and the procedures needed to address them.
