    Supply Teaching Assistant - Flexible Hours
    Location: East Grinstead | Short-Term, Long-Term, and Temporary Positions

    Your Role as a Supply Teaching Assistant:

    • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
    • Provide 1:1 support or work with small groups of students to help them achieve their learning goals.
    • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt to various learning environments.
    • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, inclusive learning space.
    • Help prepare and organise learning materials and resources for the classroom.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience working with children (experience in an educational setting is preferred).
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and in various schools.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • A caring, patient, and supportive approach to working with children.
    • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus but not essential.
