    A thriving nursery school in Bognor Regis is looking for a dedicated SENCo/Special Support Co-ordinator (SSC) Teacher to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis (0.6).

    • Lead and inspire: As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the school's SEN provision and strategy.
    • Ongoing development: If you don't currently hold the SENCo qualification, the school will provide you with the support and training you need to achieve the NPQ for SENCo.
    • Work-life balance: This 0.6 job-share position (working every afternoon and one full day per week) offers excellent flexibility while allowing you to make a lasting contribution.


    To be successful, you'll need:

    • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
    • A passion for working with children with special educational needs
    • Experience in a nursery setting (preferred)
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
