    We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team ASAP (notice periods considered) on a full-time, long-term/contract basis (37.5 hours per week, term-time only).

    Our fun, inclusive, and inspiring day and residential school supports 90+ children and young adults (ages 5-19) across two welcoming, well-equipped buildings. Students have a range of complex needs, including Autism, EBD, and profound learning difficulties, so we need a nurturing, resilient, and compassionate team member to help them thrive.

    This role goes beyond classroom support-you'll be helping students develop life skills, confidence, and personal independence, ensuring they enjoy a well-rounded and meaningful education. Every day is unique, rewarding, and impactful!

    Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (term-time only).

    All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
    Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable not essential)
    Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults

    Must have: GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
    Eligibility to work in the UK
