    Year 5 Teacher - Long-Term Opportunity

    Are you an experienced and passionate primary teacher seeking a rewarding long-term role with a strong focus on behaviour management?

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join a thriving primary school on a long-term basis, covering a Year 5 class until the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

    About the role:

    • You will be responsible for teaching a class of 20 Year 5 students with varying needs in a mainstream primary school setting.
    • You will create engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    • You will have a proven track record of strong behaviour management skills, creating a safe and productive learning space for all students.
    • You will work closely with the school's leadership team and support staff to ensure the smooth running of the classroom and the implementation of the school's curriculum.


    Ideal candidate:

    • Qualified teacher with a valid UK teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
    • Proven experience teaching Year 5 or a similar age group.
    • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to effectively manage challenging behaviour.
    • Passionate about education and committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for all students.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
