    Your role as the Procurement and Logistics Lead is a key position within the Supply Chain Department and your main aim is to oversee the procurement department, supporting and developing the team.

    You will

    • take ownership of sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors
    • create, deliver and monitor KPI's relating to cost, OTD, quality, service and continuity of supply
    • prepare RFQs, manage tender processes, and ensure robust evaluation criteria are in place
    • build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers
    • expedite purchased parts
    • ensure issues such as returns and shortages are processed effectively and in a timely manner
    • ensure quality and performance of supplier materials/parts fall in line with acceptable standards
    • ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are cleared through customs
    • continuous improvement activities

    You will need:

    • Ideally +3 years experience
    • Strong organisational and communication and IT skills
    • A lean thinker
