    What You'll Do:

    • Be a Champion for Students: Work alongside teachers to create a stimulating learning environment and provide individual support to students.
    • Contribute to a Positive Learning Culture: Help create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where every student feels valued and empowered.
    • Promote Student Well-being: Ensure that students feel safe, nurtured, and confident in their learning journey.

    Who They're Looking For:

    • You'll have a genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference in their lives.
    • You'll be a team player, working well with others and sharing ideas.
    • You'll be eager to learn new skills and develop your knowledge to best support the students you work with.
    • Essential Requirements:

    * Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
    * Have the ability to follow all safeguarding policies and procedures.
    * Be caring and understanding of children's needs.
    * Have high expectations of children's attainment and behaviour.
    * Be very well organised & efficient.
    * Be open to advice, feedback and guidance from colleagues.
    * Be able to work as part of a team.
    * Have experience of directly working with children with SEN.
    * Have at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
