    We're seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to work in our secondary and college division. In this role, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students overcome challenges and thrive in a supportive learning environment. Children are offered a education that will support them, encourage there development and build their confidence. Working Monday to Friday (9 AM - 4 PM), you'll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that tailors education to each student's unique needs.

    All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

    Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable not essential)

    Teaching Assistant/ LSA experience (desirable)

    A desire to support SEN learners with complex needs in a school environment

    Eligibility to work in the UK

    Responsibilities:

    Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
