    Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

    Location: Portsmouth

    Salary: 38K

    Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the Portsmouth area. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
    • Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently.
    • Undertake minor project installation tasks.
    • Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.

    Package:

    • Salary: Up to 38k per annum.
    • Holiday: Generous 33 days leave.
    • Pension: Secure your future with our comprehensive pension plan.
    • Working Hours: Mon - Fri /40 Hours

    Requirements:

    • Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
    • Ability to obtain DBS
