    Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer seeking a dynamic and rewarding role in London?? We have an exciting opportunity available with one of our most prestigious clients, who is looking to expand their team with three qualified engineers for an exclusive site in London.

    Position: Fabric Maintenance Engineer
    Location: London (Central)
    Salary: £30,000- 35,000 per year
    Shift Options: Monday to friday

    Experience Required:

    • Water treatment - dipslides,leaks,temperature checks,chemical dosing
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Carpentry
    • Basic plumbing work -Pipework
    • Carpentry - tillings, carpets
    • Painting and decorating
    • Fixing and repairing
    • Conducting PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
    • Maintaining company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable condition
    • Demonstrating reliability and a readiness to take on additional responsibilities

    • Extensive experience in Building Maintenance (essential)
