Position: Supply Teacher

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Supply Teacher to join our team and cover various subject areas in a variety of schools across the region.
As a Supply Teacher, you will play an essential role in ensuring continuity in the education of students while their regular teachers are absent. Your duties will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in a wide range of subjects and year groups.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
- Assisting students with their learning and providing support where needed.
- Adapting to different school environments and working alongside a diverse group of staff and students.
- Maintaining high standards of teaching and professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching, ideally within the UK education system.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain an engaging environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
- A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
