    Learning Support Assistant - Nurture Potential and Build Futures!

    We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our passionate team. You will play a key role in supporting students' development across all areas - academic, social, emotional, and physical.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Champion student development: Provide dedicated support to students across all areas of learning: academic, social, emotional, and physical.
    • Create engaging opportunities: Be proactive in developing and implementing engaging learning opportunities tailored to each student's needs.
    • Nurture independence: Empower students to develop their independence, self-esteem, and confidence.
    • Foster positive relationships: Contribute to a positive and collaborative classroom environment that fosters respect and understanding.
    • Be a role model: Demonstrate teamwork, support colleagues, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
    • Embrace technology: Utilize and support the use of information and communication technology to enhance learning outcomes for all students.
