Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Stockport Council's Children with Disabilities Team. This is a full time role, offering an amazing pay rate of £37 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met through assessments and care planning.
- Work closely with health, education, and multi-agency partners to provide a coordinated approach.
- Undertake safeguarding investigations and ensure children are protected under CIN, CP, and LAC plans.
- Support families by providing advice, guidance, and access to short breaks and direct payments.
- Facilitate smooth transitions into adult services, working alongside Adult Social Care teams.
- Attend multi-agency meetings, reviews, and court proceedings where required.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work England registered
