    Responsibilities:

    • Work with students individually or in small groups
    • Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
    • Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and learning activities
    • Build positive relationships with staff, students, and their families
    • Collaborate with other staff members
    • Bring your best self to work every day

    Requirements:

    • A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
    • Experience working with children
    • Experience working with children with SEN needs (desired)
    • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
    • Confidence and motivation to guide individuals/small groups with their learning
    • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
    • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
