Responsibilities:
- Work with students individually or in small groups
- Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
- Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and learning activities
- Build positive relationships with staff, students, and their families
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Bring your best self to work every day
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
- Experience working with children
- Experience working with children with SEN needs (desired)
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Confidence and motivation to guide individuals/small groups with their learning
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
