About the Role:

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on short or long-term assignments. You'll assist in classrooms, work with small groups, or provide 1:1 support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with small groups to enhance students' understanding and engagement.
• Provide individualised support to pupils, including those with SEN.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and work effectively with various teams.
• Assist in organising learning materials and classroom resources.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to work with different age groups and school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• A patient, caring, and supportive attitude toward children.
• Educational or childcare qualifications are beneficial but not required.
