    Responsibilities:

    • Provide one-on-one and small group support for students
    • Be a positive role model in the classroom
    • Assist teachers in preparing resources and classroom activities
    • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning experiences
    • Bring enthusiasm and dedication to the classroom every day

    Requirements:

    • A genuine passion for working with children and enhancing their learning experience
    • Previous experience working with children
    • Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is a plus
    • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
    • Confidence in guiding small groups or individuals
    • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
    • Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
