    Randstad is partnering with outstanding schools in East Grinstead to find enthusiastic individuals eager to enhance their skills while helping students grow. Our partner schools offer a hands-on, supportive environment with experienced staff to help you thrive. In this term-time role, you'll work with children aged 4-11, contributing to their academic, social, and emotional growth. If you have a background in childcare or education, this could be your next big step. This is a full-time, long-term role from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide one-on-one or group support to students
    • Act as a positive role model in the classroom
    • Assist the class teacher with learning materials and activities
    • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families
    • Collaborate with staff for a cohesive learning environment
    • Bring energy and dedication to work daily

    Ideal Candidate Requirements:

    • Passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
    • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above or equivalent)
    • Previous experience in childcare or working with children
    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
    • Confidence in supporting individuals or small groups
    • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
    • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
