About the Role:
Randstad Education is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across Lingfield. This flexible role allows for both short and long-term assignments, offering assistance in classrooms, working with small groups, or providing one-on-one support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
- Support small groups of students to enhance their learning.
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with specific needs, including SEN.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and work effectively with various teams.
- Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different schools and age groups.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Patient, caring, and supportive nature when working with children.
- Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are beneficial but not required.
