    Requirements for this role:

    • Must have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
    • Ability to communicate with and inspire children.
    • Dedicated interest in children's education and creating the best learning environment.
    • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
    • Flexible attitude.
    • Good organizational and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of various teaching methods.
    • Ability to design lessons.
    • Ability to use a computer and the main office software packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    Responsibilities:

    • Teach all areas of the primary curriculum
    • Take responsibility for the progress of a class of primary-age pupils
    • organize the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment
    • provide feedback to parents and careers on a pupil's progress at parents' evenings and other meetings
    • keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
    • work with other teachers, teaching assistants, and other relevant professionals to plan and coordinate work
