An asbestos consultant is required at a regional level for this UKAS consultancy who have a national presence. They offer a full range of high spec services including survey reports and management plans, project management, awareness training, air monitoring and clearance certification.
This role is born out of some exciting term contract wins and framework agreements that my client worked very hard to secure, and sits within their Power and Utilities team. Hence the workload promises to be an interesting and challenging contract that is quite a break from the norm.
As an asbestos consultant you will be required to carry out, but not limited to the following duties.
* Asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264
* Analytical testing
* Working closely with clients to proactively consult them on ongoing asbestos issues.
* Assist in the office with the ongoing maintenance of the quality systems
About You:
You will be a P402, P403 & P404 qualified asbestos consultant who has a proven track record in the asbestos management industry. You will be a highly self motivated and driven individual who is capable of managing your own workload.
If you are currently working on an asbestos contract, but want to try something completely new outside of the usual housing or office space contracts, then this is the assignment for you.
