About the Assessment Team:

The Assessment Team plays a critical role in safeguarding children by conducting thorough assessments and determining the right level of support for families. As a Social Worker, you will:
Complete timely and high-quality assessments of children and families.
Work closely with multi-agency professionals to ensure effective safeguarding.
Develop intervention plans to support children's well-being and safety.
Engage directly with children and families to understand their needs.
Maintain clear, accurate case records in line with statutory guidelines.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
Current registration with Social Care England.
Strong assessment and risk analysis skills.
A solid understanding of safeguarding legislation and procedures.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
