The Role:
To be responsible for all commercial activities within the Central Voids Division. Working with the Divisional Manager and Contract Management. Due to the number of individual client involved, this role requires a high-level of organisation, focus and time management to ensure all contracts are commercially managed correctly, experiacen of Gas contracts in social housing woiuld be an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Accurate preparation of weekly / monthly reports both internally and to Clients.
- Working with operational teams to improve performance and enhance margins.
- Working where required with the Divisional Team in developing the strategy for future business.
- Supporting where required in pricing of Tender opportunities.

Performance Management.
Procurement.
Tender Bid Process.
Client Liaison / Partnering / Contract Negotiation.
